Know what to expect from your professional care care service

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as long as it can be run through our processor.  You can also pay with Venmo or Cash App.  We do not accept checks or crypto currency.   

Can you detail my vehicle at my apartment complex or condominium?

Most of the time the answer is yes however there are exceptions when management is instructed to not allow detailing on the property.  This is rare and we can oftentimes move the vehicle to a bordering street to complete the service.

Do you need to use my water or electricity?

We are a fully self-contained mobile service and provide all of our own spot free water and electricity.  We are equipped with everything we need to effectively and efficiently accommodate any size vehicle. 

Can you detail my car on the street or do you need to use my garage?

Great question!  Normally, we detail and service your vehicle on the street or in your driveway if available. There are times when we complete a full paint correction in our client’s garage.  We also have special lighting we use so the garage is a must when performing a two-step paint correction.

How long does a full detail take?

Typically we require 3-5 hours for a full detail depending on the condition and size of vehicle.  Upon booking we provide an estimated time to complete your service so we schedule a time that is most convenient and comfortable for you.

Do you offer maintenance plans on a regular basis?

Yes we do.  Our goal is to transform your car, truck, or SUV and make it look and feel new again.  The best way to keep it looking and feeling that way is to get weekly or bi-weekly maintenance service on your vehicle.
